Introduction
Saki Partners (Services) Pty Ltd “Saki Partners” take its privacy obligations seriously and is committed to ensuring that it handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Act).

This policy sets out how Saki Partners collects personal information. It also describes how it collects, stores, uses and discloses personal information.

Saki Partners may collect personal information including the following: your title, name, address, email address, telephone numbers, employer name, and other information reasonably necessary for Saki Partners to provide services to you and information which is otherwise reasonably necessary for Saki Partners to carry out its functions and activities.

Saki Partners may make a record of your visit to its website and log your visit for statistical and business purposes. Such information includes your server address, domain name, IP address, the date and time of your visit, pages accessed, documents downloaded, previous website visited and the type of browser used. If you send an email to Saki Partners, Saki Partners will record your email address. Saki Partners may from time to time send you marketing material that it considers will be useful to you. Saki Partners may also send you material about its activities. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can notify Saki Partners and the material will no longer be sent to you. This does not apply to information that Saki Partners is legally required to send.

If Saki Partners holds any sensitive personal information about you, that information will only be used and disclosed by Saki Partners for the purpose that it was collected or otherwise in accordance with the law.

8. Access to and correction of your personal information
At any time you may request access to personal information about you that Saki Partners holds by contacting the Privacy Officer at privacy@sakipartners.com.au. Saki Partners will process your request within a reasonable time, and if Saki Partners is unable to give you a copy of the information, the Privacy Officer will notify you of generally the sort of information that Saki Partners holds about you or give you the reasons why your request has been refused.

9. Complaints about privacy
Please notify the Privacy Officer at privacy@sakipartners.com.au if you have any complaints relating to Saki Partners’ handling of your personal information. Saki Partners will investigate all complaints and respond to you within a reasonable time.
